Im pretty new to the whole investing thing myself, But I've just been trying to learn as much as I can right now, reading books and the internet stuff like that.

I've just finished the beginners guide, and have been using my walking time to listen to the podcasts- I can't believe how much information is available here, on the blogs, and the podcasts.I haven't reached out to any clubs yet, but it's on my list.

I've just moved to Columbus and am literally amazed by the volume of good quality housing at low prices.

The developer recently found out that he has cancer and needs to get out from under the property and is not able to complete the project.
