We play a numbers game and try to find the 1 investor that likes that particular deal.I'm not defending any other wholesaler, new or otherwise.  

If you don't, be prepared to defend any amount with an actual cost to fix.

If you stop collection efforts on a loan you give power to the borrower to defend against any further collection claims.
