I would just get a log/report from each call screened. 

We call them at the end of day 1 and let them know late fees will be posted to their account in the morning, but we would prefer if they could log in and pay.  

I just logged onto their site to confirm that I've been paid for all my deposits (I believe I have) and I can't log in. 

Then, logout and log back to try to upload again and see if it works. 

Now I am tempted to log onto the MLS and wholesale me some MLS deals.

Not sure if that matter or not since he could just write all over it after he moved out, stating an item was already broken and basically lying in court.I do have documentation and pictures as well and kept a pretty good log as to what happened.

Do I just log my miles and do the math to figure out gas useage and general maintenance expenses? 

Every time I log on to my dashboard, I see "James Wise is now colleagues w/......."

This way, on the 2nd of each month we log into our accounts, transfer funds, note our rent roll, and send out notifications as necessary.

i get a text or email it went thru, log in, and click the button and it's in my account and then go back to watching my football game.
