Property management: while we plan on managing the property ourselves while we live there (my husband is in the military and we just started a 3 year tour in Chicago), we may look to a property management company to help maintain the property when we move (depending on our tenants and how the numbers shake out).

Plus, if it doesn't work out and the market keeps going up, we could sell at the end of our tour.

Other than that , I couldn't give you a definite answer, haven't done enough touring of the entire city yet.

Our micro markets vary a lot from place to place, so I think it’s important to tour the various areas and whittle it down.
