Their accounting is not very robust (and doesn't import my bank transactions) so we still used QB online but it is not as much of a pain to manually enter it so I think we are going to keep Buildium for our one part of the business and Quicken for our personal/local stuff.

Pricelabs is more robust and provides more control for experienced managers.You'll need to find a property management software to push rates over to all listing sites.

@Dylan Tettemer  it will be nice to know the laws and practices (since I'm a paralegal, it will also enhance my resume somewhat).

Do not know what that is, except that maybe because it will be up in a week.The seller has not even given me courtesy call that I need to resume my search.  

I posted to Craigslist a year ago and recieved around 25 resumes within a week in Denver.

It's less about having a great resume and tons of experience.

We have a small market about 90 minutes south of us and there is a lone franchise there and they can barely handle all of the phone calls they get and they are doing a robust wholesaling business.

If you want something more robust start with something like ACT or Bento.
