Review the pod casts as well as all of the written material of interest, attend some local real estate investment clubs and your on your way.  

Hi BP users,Being involved in the pod casts, forums, and the whole learning process still did not help me to choose the right area to invest in as beginner investor .I am a first time buyer, waiting for too long to pull the trigger on my first property.

Definitely listen to the pod casts here on BP.Keep in mind that real estate takes time, dedication and patience, which it sound like you got it.  

Loan Mod: I hear a lot of talk about Loan Modifications to get the loan performing again which is my goal.

I hope that wasn't too political so the mods don't delete me.

I have been listening to the Bigger Pockets pod casts and love the passion and drive that each host and guest has.

Yet people are on the pod cast like "yeah I buy 10 a year and I just financed my 45th" like, what??
