I am not sure if by BS you think that we are making the fees up but activating a t-mobile cellular account, paying monthly fees on it while you wait to install, paying my integrator/web guy to set up your database with your property and private login, paying my guys to program your meter and label them for your apartment, test, calibrate and finally paying shipping are definitely all real fees.

Reonmy currently does not have one that integrates with them and would really like to use one.Thanks

It has it's own integral camera.

They also have a calendar app which integrates with your current google/ios calendars along with their task app.

Some third party software offer integration with QuickBooks and some charge extra for the accounting module.

This will also give you a chance to test the representatives honesty and integrity.

It's a great software if self managing your own properties and they have an integrated tenant screening service within the software. 

Hi Brian and Others,My wife and I love the Morris Invest podcasts so figured their companies should have integrity but this was unfortunately not the case here.My wife and I have had a very poor experience with Morris Invest and Oceanpointe and were even defrauded of what was happening with our property.
