I have met many renters that are more grateful than wealthy people I know.I fully agree with your point about tenants perception of a landlord flaunting wealth. 

I have so many questions and interests but right now I have just 1 request: If anyone in the Nashville area has a recommendation for a CPA that is stellar with small businesses and real estate investing I would be forever grateful!
