Hi @Dillon McGough - I'm sure you have found the requirements for an applicant who holds a current real estate license in another state (or U.S. territory or Canadian jurisdiction) that has been on active status within the previous three (3) years and that is equivalent to NC's provisional or "full" broker license, but here are the requirements again for reference - directly from the NC Real Estate Commission.

@Rashida Bailey...I recommend that you don't quit your job until not only you have multiple wholesale transactions under your belt but also a strong momentum & transaction pipeline along with the equivalent of at least 6 months of your expenses saved in the bank.As for marketing...the best FREE marketing you can do is hit the streets, find vacant properties, talk the the neighbors to give you info on the owners or help you get in contact with the owners, and network with everyone telling then you are buying.

If the lease starts earlier, they will sign a copy of the "standard lease" with our appendices attached, but with the Vendor listed as current owner and us listed as the agent for the owner.d) the equivalent of two months rent will be deducted from the purchase price for any unit represented to us as "full" which turns out to be empty at Close.Thus far this has worked for us.
