We are looking for a planner/strategist to help use figure out how to deploy our resources.   

During a recession when you buy up properties at a super discount, I think I would deploy other financing that everyone loves to talk (See below).  

@Chad Brizendine I've successfully completed a few flips while being deployed.

If it were closer and I was more desperate for a place to deploy capital I'd be more willing to take that gamble but it's pretty far from Denver, and too different from the rest of the Front Range market that I understand better and have more faith in.

(Follow up to a post the other day about my air bnb deal being in the hood) Where would the best place for LTR to deploy 50k (by myself) or 100k (partner)?

Unless your cash is currently deployed elsewhere, the opportunity cost of not doing it is huge!

It took me about a year to get my business really going (despite a deployment), and now it's booming. 

Have some capital I’m needing to deploy, and wondering if anyone can direct me on what they have found most useful for locating storage until deals.

This is a fantastic program, maybe its being held up in basic process or deployment.
