I am beginning renovations on a three-unit property next week, and the demo and trash generated will be pretty extensive.Does anyone have a dumpster rental company they can recommend?

I'll walk through a property, do a quick inspection, and give an assessment of a rehab for $50, but if I'm expected to manage that entire rehab from demo to dusting I'm looking for a percentage of the project profit.

After inspecting the property I realized it would need more work (including windows, re-pointing, drylocking, and a garage demo) and my new estimate was now $70,000 (my main contractor came back with a 71K bid).

Generally you will need 20% of the total costs (land, demo, build, etc) as a down payment, but generally the land could be used.  

So far, the workers have been demoing and buying supplies.

Hello,I am in the demo stage (prepping to remove all existing plumbing lines). 

Worst case you get the land and need to demo the house and do a new build.

Also, I did a little research of my own and found that there was a demolition of the mobile home that was on the property in October, therefore a demo lien. 

This is why cities demo houses all the time.. they suffer both syndromes. and then are targets for squatters drugs and other bad things.
