I am beginning renovations on a three-unit property next week, and the demo and trash generated will be pretty extensive.Does anyone have a dumpster rental company they can recommend?

I'll walk through a property, do a quick inspection, and give an assessment of a rehab for $50, but if I'm expected to manage that entire rehab from demo to dusting I'm looking for a percentage of the project profit.

This is why cities demo houses all the time.. they suffer both syndromes. and then are targets for squatters drugs and other bad things.
