So dude, don't tell me I have a victim attitude or that I clearly am one of those people who gave up on my dreams.

You have to put out more of an effort, and you have to go in with an positive attitude...and if you are not willing to accept others may have differing opinions than you, you are missing out. 

I hope our positive attitude sticks and we don't get tired of swinging hammers... 

@Graham Dersley I came here to impart some wisdom, but I see @Jay Hinrichs and @James Wise have beat me to it ;) While I may be personally biased toward turnkey, conservative as I am, but I think I maintain a pretty unbiased attitude here on BP - both the self-assembled team route and turnkey have merit and both work for many many people.

You've got yo get your attitude in the right place. 

So, the money thing is irrelevant.It's pretty much about attitude, ethics and the law.Attitude, that whatever you can dig out of a property owner is just good business.

(You must copy and paste or else you are a heck of a typer) You are not doing anyone here a service with your attitude.

Again, we remain conservatively invested with a trading attitude towards the best of breed companies and sectors, those that do not need Federal assistance to stay in existence.

His attitude towards investors is contemptable.

A winners attitude is everything in this business.
