I am wanting to learn more from the BP community, especially those who decided to venture online, as to what system they use and if they outsource to agencies/people/organizations as part of their system.

If you're looking to outsource, then find a company who offers unique mailers.

I have officially outsourced my CL postings and am working on outsourcing my bandit sign operation and will soon have my VA pulling my lists and ordering my postcards.  

It's actually at the point where it makes more sense to outsource.  

I then set followup sequences inside of my CRM which notifies me when it's time to give a cold lead a ring again.I've seen my response rate go from a 1-2% to around a 4-7% increase when i added cold calling.The beautiful thing is this entire process is now outsourced and it makes my business more profitable and gives me more time during the day.

If you are financially able to outsource to a company I think you might see some interesting results. 

I have heard of people even outsourcing it on fiver with a virtual assistant. 

Additionally, as your team builds, you can invite them all to your Podio workspace and easily/automatically outsource the work that comes in.I don't have experience with the other CRMs, and if it is working for you then definitely stick with it! 

How much was outsourced?

I try to do the easy value add myself and outsource anything that takes more than an hourthe “turnkey” work included:patching walls from nail and hook hole,cleaning out some trashadding smoke detectors to bring it up to fire codedeep cleaning and scrubbingdealing with building inspectorupdating some electric outlets and replacing outlet coverstouch up paint workand I had a contractor replace some carpet with vinyl plank flooring.given I could only work about 4 hours a week it ended up taking me close to a month to get it ready for rent.
