We are in the process of buying a rental in Jackson, Florida.

Please note that in St Louis County and Jackson County in missouri that things work a bit differently than they do across the rest of the state - in these two counties you don't buy the lien, but actually the property itself.  

When I was actively buying real estate, I drive to and walk around various neighborhoods to get a feel for it.I googled 2 family homes for sale in Queens and I got: Two family QueensI spent several years walking neighborhoods, such as Glendale, Ridgewood, Woodside, Jackson Heights, Sunnyside etc.
