Are they prompt and reasonably priced for maintenance?

Your articles on BP have been very helpful and you were prompt to get back to me when I messaged you on BP.

But, if you don't do it, as noted and it is in poor condition or coming towards end of useful life, it will come up on inspection, which could likely prompt an inspection concession or the buyer walks.Beyond just the cost, there is the perception.  

@John Underwood your response prompts another question: we, and most of the short term rental owners that we know list on both airbnb and homeaway.
