Also if I purchase the list what is the best approach to send all of these without handwriting and mailing out on my own, kind of outsourcing the list to another company to mail?

In the end, my offer to the seller either as a wholesaler or an investor is the same... the deal finding process get a piece of the profit (say 20%) and the fixing/risk/etc gets the rest now it's up to you if you want to do all the work or outsource parts of it.

Most people are unwilling or unable to sell and market, or they think there is something 'wrong' with sales and marketing, or they don't have the time to set aside, so they're stuck in retail with Strategy A (basically outsource all this to the MLS system and real estate agents).
