Also if I purchase the list what is the best approach to send all of these without handwriting and mailing out on my own, kind of outsourcing the list to another company to mail?

I just hate to self sabotage myself cause of my nerves, but I have to either get over it and push forward or outsource the task. 

In the end, my offer to the seller either as a wholesaler or an investor is the same... the deal finding process get a piece of the profit (say 20%) and the fixing/risk/etc gets the rest now it's up to you if you want to do all the work or outsource parts of it. 

Most people are unwilling or unable to sell and market, or they think there is something 'wrong' with sales and marketing, or they don't have the time to set aside, so they're stuck in retail with Strategy A (basically outsource all this to the MLS system and real estate agents). 

Don't forget to figure in both the price of the postage AND the time it takes you to do it.If you value your time, you would seriously be better off simply outsourcing the entire job...Or did I miss something here?

After losing hours and hours folding, the idea of outsourcing sounds really great (folding machines are expensive!). 

Maybe you can outsource pulling a list of motivated sellers.

I have officially outsourced my CL postings and am working on outsourcing my bandit sign operation and will soon have my VA pulling my lists and ordering my postcards.
