So it's hard to have a garden unless you have some good wire fencing, but the bunnies seem to be generally harmless.

You'll end up with weeds growing through it, and if/when a gardener ever gets near it with a leaf blower - adios woodchips.  

It is an organic vegetable garden.  

However it is always a concern that tenants understand that high volume uses like running hoses for the garden and the baby pool every day are not allowed. 

It sits right by USF university/I-275/busch gardens/adventure island.  

We really care about green apartment living, and try to attract green-minded tenants with good insulation, energy star mechanicals, solar panels, and a tilled garden bed ($30 well spent!). 

I gave up my spot in the garden, and I wrote an email to the manager's boss and told her why.
