I would like my web address to be the name I want to name my company which is more professional like (long&foster or century21).Is this wise to name my motivated seller website the name of my company or should I go with the masses and make a catchy, cliché web address?

If legit, I'd think she'd use the word "foster" which means she's actively looking for a home for it, and/or, the place she got it from is actively looking for a permanent home for it.
