He asked about the money i owed him and i said "write down what you have finished and i will tell you what you will get". he said "i dont have time to spend on going over items i did for you"....btw, there isn't a single thing he actually finished. except demo, which he got paid for.the more contractors i come across, the more conflicts i have. first 3 houses i did 98% of the work myself, so i had no problems. last 2.....nothing but problems because i keep trying to get away from doing the work myself.
