What @Shaun Weeks said is correct.To give it more context:The entire mortgage industry is at capacity right now, has been since March, with the functionally unlimited numbers of fish in a barrel refinances. 

Supplies are a little more expensive, but it saves your electrician a ton of time as they don't have to cut holes all over to fish wires. 

If not for the amount of fish, I would have chocked it up to birds.

We have some nice beaches, good fishing, good infrastructure, and a nice lifestyle that allows one to wear shorts and flip flops through most of the winter. 

Sell the next home we get under contract in one of this companies parks to a Bigger fish than they are and see how they fight it out.
