Whereas in the old days most month to month furnished rentals were people on the poverty line (Abbot and Costello TV show in the 1950s they lived in a furnished month to month rental) most know are people working in the area temporarily, longer term vacationers, people out patient medical treatment, or people between residences due to home sale, home disaster, or divorce.

Good points - I will get the treatment facility inspected by a couple of different vendors.

They don't give any preferential treatment for cash vs financing.

Some will give a guarantee for a few months after the treatment.

They state that the treatment last used (one building 1992 and other 1996) is losing effectiveness.

My PMC also manages my rentals, I pay them, and I get no special treatment. 

@Jack Martin I thought Pli-dek was a concrete treatment?
