The only downside was that the tax rates were quite a bit higher than what I am used to here in Arizona.

I am using my Apple account for BP and a Mac OS but I also log in on a PC Windows 7 OS machine as well and my iPhone 5S.

Many of the motels I looked at were eventually torn down and many were less than 1 mile from huge amusement parks like Disneyland and Knotts Berry Farm a fairly well-know and super busy amusement park only 7 miles from Disneyland.So, don't let sellers fool you with words like 'lot of money in the business' because every business has some sort of inherent problems and you should want to find a business with the least number of inherent problems and the best ROI.

I am using formulas found on BP and I understand they're just a baseline but it will take some time to learn how to squeeze those numbers depending on the deal.
