regardless of what the market is doing, you should choose a RE strategy that works with your personal skill set, available capital, amount of free time, and risk tolerance. then, make that strategy work in any 'market.' for example, a lot of people would not want to flip right now, because they worry home values are going to go DOWN soon. but people who excel at flipping are just buying their properties at bigger discounts to accommodate that possibility. if you try to pick a strategy based on current market conditions, you'll never get started, because the market conditions are ever-changing. hope this helps!

The next step was then to see which markets would best accommodate our property criteria.

There are two variations to this residence, (one larger than the other) to accommodate different income levels and diverse family types.

The surrounding suburban towns seems to embrace the growth AND build the infrastructure to accommodate it such as with the main highway between cedar park and round rock.

We have large houses some that can accommodate 20+ people.

At present, the property is occupied by tenants, and I have communicated with them regarding temporary accommodation in a hotel during the ongoing process.

The master can accommodate a queen, the two other rooms are smaller, and could probably accommodate a full without it being too large.
