Your attorney should have been the professional with the answer because the law governing which portion of a judgement debt must be paid first will either be determined by Ohio statute or, if there is no statute, then which portion gets paid will be up to you.

That's not to say an LLC can't guarantee other rights they may not have held as such interests run with title by statute or law.Might think of it this way, if a buy a car that is still under warranty from a fleet business owner, that seller may not be covered under the warranty as the car was used for a business purpose, but when I buy it as an individual the warranty will pass on to me as a new individual owner, that warranty goes with the title.
