If it's a matter of winning bids, I have won several on HUBZU, however, I always wondered the same thing as to whether the bidding war is against other real bidders or simply the site operators. at least with HUBZU, no such abnormalities were observed, where the rules say $5k increments but a winning bidder does it by $1k :-)
