@Bill HallI have a bookkeeper who teaches a class that is very reasonably priced.

Nevada also supports series llc’s so you might be able to clean up some of your bookkeeping here. 

Be aware customer service/bookkeeping is pretty awful at Arcana and I can only imagine what it'd be like to file a claim.

The gist of this question is that I need a bookkeeping or accounting software that can allow me to earmark funds in one bank account to be used for various different purposes.Here are more details…My management company pays me an owner distribution once per month for my property.

I plan to continue to manage my own bookkeeping but am concerned I could be missing out on opportunities handling my own taxes. 

We do all the leasing, maintenance and book keeping on behalf of all of our outside owners/investors.
