I've just found this forum and have been flipping and renting residential housing since 1998.

Well, perhaps some of them do, but they'd rather make a buck than realy ensure the investor is getting a good deal.Perhaps I've just had back luck, but I would recommend that if you really want to be buying listed properties, that you get your license and do it yourself.

I plan on getting the book, I've just been procrastinating at getting it.

Without understanding that downside, I've just required that I hold title when financing something like this.

But I’ve just been really active on the MLS, driving around to see properties, and I was just trying to be quick because every property I’ve found has had multiple offers, and they go quick.

Would love to see a case study of a deal you've recently found on the MLS that was a true BRRRR.
