Hey people,

I'm from Lawrence, KS and I have been helping my dad with his rentals for a few years, but I want to get into investing and rehabbing properties.

So I've come to this site to become more knowledged in this field.

If there is anyone here nearby and would like to get together to teach me a few things, that would be much appreciated.
