On the yearly inspection they gave my tenant issues and are threatening to cancel her voucher for some ridiculous stuff.I am curious-Can anyone with Baltimore County section 8 tenants and experience please chime in regarding your experiences with how their voucher program stacks up?

I know most sellers feel embarrassed so it's a non threatening way of knowing their options. 

You sue them, threaten to take all their non-exempt assets, most decent guarantors would rather pay out $50-100k vs attorney's fees and filing personal BK.

He also threatened to sue us over the mold which we got cleaned as soon as we found out. 

Please feel free to threaten him on treating you properly or I will be taking your case against him for a tiny fee. 

But yesterday when he was forced to move out, he threatened the police saying "force will be met by force".

One thing I would not do is any of those "Self help" type scenarios (remove locks, cut water, show up, threaten).

The only time you get involved is when your residents are violating the law, threatening the safety of others, or possibly damaging the property.
