Physical Altercation at Tennants' Apartment
Just recently, one of my tennants had to call the police on an ex boyfriend that came over to my tennant's house and started a fight with the tennant's current boyfriend.
Besides for letting authorities investigate the issue, is there any action that I should take?

Not your clowns, not your circus. They are adults and can handle their personal problems. The only time you get involved is when your residents are violating the law, threatening the safety of others, or possibly damaging the property.
