thanks everyone, my concern wasnt really how to get the address changed... my concern was who to list as manager (even temporaritly) since i dont have a new address yet... i thought that if i wait until i move (which will be out of AZ state), then it takes long time to get the llc address changed, then maybe i have to publish that change, etc. all this delays the time to get tenant in.

I think how to buy and sell homes and how to run rentals is pretty well covered here on BP :)I could not figure out how to do it on the site so Mindy and Allison were so kind to let me just write it and they will publish it on this site..

Other numbers I am getting published information.

I ignore published CAPs and NOI.

I looked there and maybe I'm missing something, but from the looks of it, Texas does not publish the sold price at the county website.

Also be sure to publish your acceptance criteria in your listing information to weed people that won't meet your requirements right off the bat, saving you time and money. 

We call employers and google for employers public published phone numbers and call that one instead of the one that the tenant provides and see if we can still get connected to their "supervisor".
