It’s one of those small dogs, that barks NON stop, and she doesn’t take it out, she lets it one and poop on a pad IN the apartment.I do t want that smell, or the dog causing problems when we try to show it.any additional advice anyone may have about this new information would again, be so much appreciated.I know it’s a lot, I am really sorry for that.

Looking deceiving simple - NOI / price pad - they are only really useful if comparing apples to apples in the same bushel ... and it helps if the same person is doing the calculations on them all (using the same methodology obviously).Even then it is just a ratio which allows you to quickly compare the cost of the similar cashflows ... it doesn't confirm any of them as a good investment.

Common areas are furnished, personal locks on every bedroom, key padded front door, clearly labeled kitchen cabinets and fridge shelf for each resident, etc.
