We got an initial building permit from the department of buildings to gut rehab the 3 units + finish the basement (no kitchen and no bedroom closets) back in 2022.

While the dining room had three entry and exit ways, I could envision walls that had been cut out and a water heater that needed to be removed to make room for a closet.
