I'm not sure whether or not I have signed up here before, but this is the time I have a reason to.Some of you might know me.I've been around specializing in real estate web development, search engine marketing, consulting and branding of real estate businesses online.I now have a client who builds homes in Costa Rica and I'm trying to find more information on what you guys think can be done to attract investors or homebuyers before the homes are being built.

Pay cash to get a lower purchase price if necessary, but consider your entire acquisition cost as debt when you do the cash flow analysis.

After they scare the crap out of you get ready for a bid that will probably cost as much as the house.

He may very well value you more than he is currently paying you but is simply trying to keep you for as low cost as possible.

I think this guy is going to cost a bit more but will reduce the amount of time I need to spend babysitting the project.  

The above numbers don't include maintenance from things breaking (furnace would cost a lot, damaged items, etc) but I can't imagine it would be more than $800/month.

May cost a little more initially but peace of mind and legality will be kept in.  

The mAterials won't cost a ton but the labor will add up.

Then again if I counted it in my holding cost as an expenses then it would be profit?

They could easily put anyone they want in, but trust me, that can cost a FORTUNE later.
