I later attended their high school graduation, yelled louder than anyone there :) They are now married with a baby.The second lady had a friend call instead of her to recommend her friend.

We always push for vacant possession although once I regretted it as the little old lady had nowhere to go with her yappy little dog.

My wife is a soft-spoken 5'2" asian lady. 

It's the perfect storm of low end houses (they look nice, but they are all builder grade stuff where they are throwing these homes up by the thousands every year), high occupancy with most stays having a high percentage of young wild children, and tired parents after a long day in the parks that are too wiped to police their kids properly.

This lady seems legit crazy, and I dont know what she can do with all my tax info.

I lost contact with the lady living there but her boyfriend, that I have only met once (he is on the lease but never lived in the house) tells me her ex-boyfriend was creating problems so she moved out and is not able to talk...

@Colin Emerson - I have not pursued his education but have done some throught the tax lien lady.

Definitely Get multiple estimates for both the electrical and gas projects which I know is difficult in today’s market but different contractors vary wildly in prices.

And again, everyones plan will be as different as there destination and so, the details will range wildly.

Looking at the homes on the market, prices vary wildly from $~200-$400+/sqft and it doesn't seem to correspond to just the quality of the house.
