They will waste time 24/7 condemning some idiot "wholesaler" who pulls comps from free database and tries to peddle prop for twice its ARV, they will call him a fraudster, criminal, lowlife, Hitler incarnate and etc.

From the little I know of San Antonio (I am a wholesaler who specializing in selling STRs nationwide) its not a super hot Airbnb market but the amount you expect for rent sounds pretty conservative. 

As a wholesaler, having the first look at a property is a cool perk of the skill set. checking to see if the numbers work comes first, but secondly if not first part A, how will the property be managedAnyone investing in multifamily out of state, what’s the difference between the different amount of units?
