I've been "lurking" as they say on the interwebs...a webinar here, a few dozen podcasts there....I've even flirted with going Pro.

Hi Igor,Hope all is well Welcome to Bigger Pockets this site is a great tool to have, make sure you check out the Webinars and Podcasts.I am a Realtor from Boynton Beach, i moved here about 8 Months ago i was working in NY for a private investment firm, i saw all parts of real estate and i knew i wanted to start investing in real estate so I moved here. 

He also does webinars every week where he will sometimes analyze deals for a live audience.
