There is a walk way from the street to the house.

Hi all,I am trying to make improvement to my building in Manchester, NH and building a walkway using concrete.

I cleaned, painted, the place, did minor repair work, including work on the walkways.

Even just some lawn repair and pressure washing that walkway might do it.

It is worth 1 mil to me and I would not replace it, simply take the money and walk way.

Their argument is that it’s in a walkway / common area of this complex, which to an extent is truth since I have a first floor unit, but I’m curious.

- Driveway/walkway condition, is there a lot of cracking?

But with a triplex for example, to which tenant do you charge with the responsibility of shoveling a common walkway? 

The tenants that live in the loft use the side gate for an access point to the backyard, I may put up a fence that way they sort of have their own little walkway so the backyard is seperated, but I haven't decided on that yet.
