It's the only brokerage I've seen where it looks damn near impossible to see who the Broker/Owner is.Additionally, if you are not the owner of 5 points, how is your "team" handling property management for all of your out of state and out of country clients when you are not a licensed Broker, nor do you own a licensed property management company?

I have found that you cannot go through a normal lending institution, They will lead you down the path that you will get the loan...In the end they will require documentation that is near impossible to get and it will end.

Make sure your lease stipulates its a "shared property" and list all the rules to make sure they toe the line, garbage, one vehicle(where parked), noise, no personal items in yard, everything you can think of or choose/whatever.
