VAs will typically be the least expensive, but for many hands-on tasks, you may need a contractor or employee.Also, you should figure out which tasks you're doing that don't need to be done at all -- this tends to be the biggest way to free up time.

As to the land trusts, I think that a properly drawn and well concieved LLC can do anything a trust could accomplish, but would need to be renewedsince they are not made in perpetuity.I agree with V as to his comments and I would think that a well written NY LLC would probably cover your needs, why do you feel a need for duplication.
