Seems like it could be a good idea to drive more supply in the area and help with the affordable housing that everyone always seems so upset about around here.

My boss/owner of the company would not get upset and actually encourages me to get involved in various groups and organizations in town knowing it will take up some work time here in the office.It obviously costs money to take the course and exam, then I need to find a brokerage to hold my license, correct?

One SFH that looked great had a person squatting in it - apparently he was the grandson, and was upset that his cousin was trying to sell the house.

CorrectI was planning on talking to my realtor and see if the ARV  is what I think it is and talk to the seller see if he takes 120k and also talk to a bank to see if I could de a cash out.Thanks Victor , I just might do that

I never argued or got upset until the physical threats started; I just kept to the facts and the policy.

These are little victories but both 'firsts' for me and are building my confidence that I can do this real estate thing as my only gig before too long.

It upset me the first time it happened because it looked like it came from the same agent who I had just received the signed contract from minutes before.
