Paul where price-to-rent ratios and vacancy rates would benefit a house hacker?

I want to move from being a buy and hold, or house hacker I guess, to a flipper.

@Gene Hacker, I was already interested in getting into home inspections to learn a bit more about analyzing a deal and estimating rehab costs, but since you do it and speak of all the benefits, it makes me want to do it more!

The great thing about talking to an agent who has experience with house hackers is that they may have information about lending options you don't know about.One thing I've learned as I've gotten started is that it's unrealistic to expect yourself to know everything.

@Daniel Kevin Lara as a house hacker myself, I tend to point people towards getting a nice property that needs little work so you can quickly rent out the rooms or Airbnb and cash flow.

I am in very competitive and high priced market (Denver) and a lot of house hackers don't expect to see any cash flow until after they move out.

I've also decided to look for tenant occupied quads and go the house hacker route.
