This includes property held for the production of rents or royalties.So, to reiterate, rental property qualifies as 1231 property when it meets the criteria outlined in Section 1231 of the Internal Revenue Code.

While sealant can give extra water protection, it might also trap moisture, leading to potential issues like mold.

If there was moisture coming through the slab in future or if there was water ingress - Will it trap water between the slab and LVP?  

Don't fall for the seductive cash flow trap.  

Please do not fall into the trap of you need to invest locally.
