We are proceeding via the appropriate process in order to address Mr.

Inevitably there will be some "friction points" that you'll have to discuss/mediate, but ultimately if they are not willing to adopt a majority/all of your processes, then I think you mutually set up a date that works for them to move. e.g. 60 days, 90 days, etc...

The process will obviously cost quite a bit more and Safeguard seems to have washed their hands of it completely. 

:Before you go too deep into the process, look at how long the period of time is for the system to recover its cost from operational profit. 

I am wondering if anyone is El Paso is doing the same thing that could help guide me in this process since I am a complete rookie as an investor. 

We’ve also had increases submitted in Sep 2023 that still haven’t been processed.   

You can probably start the education process at 17, then apply for your license once you turn 18.
