Hey everyone, what tools/method do you use for estimating the cost of maintenance and repairs of a multi-family home (2-4 units) ?

I would confirm by seeing the product then going out and checking comparables in that market that have sold. 

An agreement would be signed, and the property would be sold in 5 years and proceeds split up appropriately.

I now live in FL and am thinking about selling the NJ property (PA already sold).

For example, if we sold the property for the asking price that it is now, $459,900, you would get $275,940+$41,315 (profit accured from 15 years)= $317,255! 

Not as many hotels in the area except next to some ski resorts but during covid it got crazy. we bought one for $25k at a foreclosure sale in 2015 and could not give it away in 2019 for $50k then in 2021 we sold it for over $120k.

Another tool that is really excellent for this is Pricelabs.

It seems like PSI has grown, a couple landscape companies that way either sold or partnered with PSI because these landscape companies no longer do snow removal and refer people to PSI.  

It isn't the full job, but it is a tool in the tool-belt.
