.- Increased efficiency: I've read that a typical stick-build home is framed with 2x4 and modular walls usually have 2x6 with thicker insulation.- Less wear: Because the panels are built in climate-controlled conditions, there is less chance of weather damage during construction which can lead to warping, etc.I've seen estimate that this type of build can also lead to savings of 10% or more in total construction costs.
