In all my years of Property Management in one of the most tenant friendly Cities in the World, I bet there will be a lot of interested people, regardless if they are actually planning on buying in a tenant friendly City.My management style would be considered highly unusual as I approach these issues so that it becomes a win-win situation and take into account the human element of the tenant.There is potential for me to add more to that Podcast to include how the Portfolio did over the 28 years growth period (1998 to 2025) with real numbers.There will be things like making the Portfolio safer as I age by paying off the Mortgages and increasing cash flow, etc.I'm also a Cloud Software developer (Salesforce specifically) and will be employing a lot of A.I. in 2025.The RE Portfolio is cash flowing very well and I can afford to integrate experimental A.I. to test it out.Things like A.I.

I've largely stayed away from the "sub-to" buz word, but I have done a couple sub-to flips knowing that I only needed to hold onto them a couple months and I was prepared to pay off the notes if they were called.Sub-to for long-term hold on the other hand has me nervous.

I have been receiving wrong accommodations and prices because because their personal life background, they were incapable of screening me nonetheless I had good credit and clear profile, they were just discriminating on the basis of their scarce preparation to human situation and so by their presuppositions, that's probably also illegal.You cannot say landlords are to be forgiven because they are doing a needed service, instead it's for that very reason they have to admit their fault and change their way of behave: if a business owner is occupying the market with bad practices and wrong services it's likely they need to leave their place and let others settle in who can operate the business correctly, their even more such of problem if their services is basic, but it's quite absurd it's on me to explain you this.Landlords would have to better understand theirs are affairs on a public market, it's not private or personal matter, and as so they have to behave buy clearly stated rules or face immediate consequences.
