As a new member, I have found myself doing loads of forum searching and surfing.

I work with everything from the backend servers, databases and data to writing code for web applications to serve the data to our customers.I've surfed all my life and require ocean water to remain sane!

Real estate agent surf online(what sites do you reccommend) or a combination of both?

Does anyone know of or reccomend a "Turn Key" type "Bird Dog " or "Property Locator " Program ,where the investor can place a Craigslist Ad ,,,the candidate replies and all his "FAQ's" are already addresses and answered in the program.Ive stumbled upon some good one in the past surfing the Net ,but they've disappeared.A fella named Andy Proper had a good one but the link is down,Id love to have some eager youngsters help me find fixer type property ,but I dread all the hand holding and explanations ahead of me.Please advise,,,,any help greatly appreciatedDave DoyleMonrovia Ca

If your dream path would be to open up a shelter for abused animals or to move to Aruba and train tourists to surf, you probably should not be a full time real estate investor.

I’m now spending less time surfing and more time learning.

Another friend of mine who lives in UT called me earlier last week while I was at my son's surf camp, and I committed to buying this house within just a few minutes of talking to him.  

It reminds me of surfing big waves...
