I do outsource my Taxes, but I meant having a Real Estate Tax Accountant or a CPA who I chat with to help create me a long term strategy.

When I go to events like this, I do go to some of the sessions, but most of my time is just sitting in the lobby chatting with people. 

I have a meeting in Queens during that time so I won't be there but if you stop by 12-2pm, my colleague will give you the details on the deal.It would be great to connect at the expo but I'd be happy to chat or meet up sooner. 

First Wyoming has a very strong set of statutes and case law supporting that entities that are properly run get liability protection.

We have a great community that frequently meets and supports each other in real estate.  

Have proof on hand (easy enough to find) online of the missed tax payments and any documentation that supports that he specifically didn't pay his taxes.Probably a simply mistake on his part, but now if he wants to develop on it, he either has to land lease it from you or buy it back.I'm not sure how the whole tax deed thing works, so that would be something you have to figure out between the two of you.
