I don't have the figures exact but there has already been tons of layoffs throughout corporate America and there always is every year you see companies laying off or closing etc..

Now, you need to figure out how to find deals and pay for them.

There's no precise figure because no one will understand your STR or market as well as you do- or, as well as you will (with time).

I might have a partnership opportunity for you in San Diego but still gotta figure out some details. 

I got her money back of course, I learned that being the nice guy (which I am known for) has to protect their clients interest at all costs and you have to really use your head and figure out how to get it done while staying the nice guy.  

Figure out which one works for you and your budget then be consistent 

Anyway.. carry on I am sure you will figure out what works..

It sounds like you have actually really enjoyed the landlord process which is not always typical, but I am curious...would you rather spend more time with your family or spend your time figuring out how to make more money vs. managing the properties?
